Terms of Use

Rules for using CobbleWiki as a visitor or staff contributor.

Effective date: August 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to CobbleWiki at cobblewiki.voktera.com (the “Wiki”), operated by Omar / Voktera (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Wiki, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Wiki.

Other Voktera products are covered by voktera.com/terms. Cobblestone gameplay, purchases, and server rules are governed by Cobblestone — not by this Wiki alone.

What CobbleWiki provides

CobbleWiki is a staff-affiliated reference site for the Cobblestone Minecraft server. It publishes informational pages about worlds, tools, items, bosses, pets, shops, gear, and related topics. Features may change, and content may be incomplete or outdated.

The Wiki is provided free of charge. We do not process payments through CobbleWiki.

Not official Mojang / Microsoft

CobbleWiki is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft® is a trademark of their respective owners. Use of those names is for identification only.

Informational only

Wiki pages are for player reference. Drop rates, costs, shop stock, recipes, and similar details can change in-game without notice. Always verify important information in-game or with Cobblestone staff. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Wiki for illegal purposes.
  • Attack, scrape aggressively, overload, or disrupt the Wiki or its infrastructure (beyond normal browsing).
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Wiki without authorization.
  • Misrepresent Wiki content as official Mojang/Microsoft material, or as a substitute for Cobblestone’s own rules and store terms.
  • Upload malware or attempt to inject harmful content.

We may block access or otherwise restrict use for abuse.

Intellectual property

  • Site software, layout, and CobbleWiki branding are owned by us or our licensors.
  • Cobblestone names, items, and world content remain subject to Cobblestone’s rights and policies.
  • Mojang/Microsoft assets and trademarks remain with their owners.

You may link to CobbleWiki pages for personal or community reference. Do not mirror the site wholesale or present our materials as your own product without permission.

Third-party links

The Wiki may link to Cobblestone (for example store.cobblestone.gg), Voktera, or other external sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers

THE WIKI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that catalog data will always match the live server.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Wiki. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Wiki is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Wiki in the prior 12 months (typically CAD $0) or (b) CAD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Wiki or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using the Wiki at any time. We may suspend access or discontinue the Wiki. Sections that should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
